• On-call availability beginning at 38 weeks until your baby's arrival
• Continuous in-person labor and birth support
• Hands-on comfort techniques including massage, counter pressure, positioning, and relaxation support
• One postpartum follow-up visit and recovery guidance
• Access to trusted local resources and referrals throughout your journey
